Superior to Provide Delaware North with a Best-in-Class Managed Services Program

Williamsville, NY – May 27, 2010 – The capability to deliver a best-in-class Managed Services Program (MSP) was Delaware North Companies’ (Delaware North’s) principal goal when it selected Superior Technical Resources, Inc. (Superior) as its managed services provider for its IT contract worker population. The program, designed to streamline the management of IT contract labor suppliers, will help Delaware North realize both process enhancements and labor cost reductions.
