WILLIAMSVILLE, NY - Superior Staff Resources, Inc. -- a certified women-owned, national workforce solutions provider -- was awarded Sonoco's 2011 Supplier of Growth Award, based on the significant increase in Superior's volume of business with Sonoco over the past year. Superior delivers a managed services program (MSP) to Sonoco, whereby Sonoco has outsourced the management of its temporary staffing suppliers throughout the U.S. and Canada to Superior. Sonoco is a global consumer packaging company headquartered in Hartsville, SC.

Yvonne McAteer, Vice President of Sales, and Elizabeth Emerson, Program Supervisor, accepted the award on Superior's behalf at the Sonoco Supplier Diversity Fair in Florence, SC last month.
